Serving Size: 1 Capsules Servings per Bottle: 60 Servings Active Ingredient per Serving: Valerian (Valeriana officinalis) root extract 300mg per serving standardised to 0.8% valerenic acids Inactive Ingredients: Microcrystalline Cellulose (MCC) (Filler), HPMC Hypromellose (Vegan Capsules) - A serving equals a daily dose.
- Take one to two capsules daily, with or without food.
- May be taken during daytime for stress or before bed to help with sleep.
